This position requires experience in charge nursing and a strong focus on patient care. The nurse will handle various patient conditions, implementing care plans and assisting in daily activities. Candidates should possess excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to manage multiple patients efficiently. Daily tasks will include monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing assessments. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams is essential to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
