If you finished CDL school and are ready to put that license to work, we will train you the right way – paid, structured, and at your pace.

YOUR TRAINING

Three to five weeks with one dedicated trainer. You run actual freight on actual routes from the start. Your pay runs from day one – not after training ends. What you will learn on the road: Class A tractor-trailer operation and safety standards ELD compliance and hours-of-service logging Pre and post-trip vehicle inspections Dispatch communication and company procedures You go solo after supervised miles and evaluations. We do not cut corners.

THE JOB

Regional dry van freight east of I-35 – 100% no-touch Drop and hook approximately 70% of loads 2024–2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractor with APU Home time every week or every two weeks
