You own the UX and platform experience that helps customers digitally manage their business loan payments, acting as the voice of the customer while guiding product launches, gathering feedback, and delivering top-tier experiences across a wide range of initiatives and partner teams.Job responsibilitiesSupport product strategy and vision that delivers measurable value to customersPartner with Product, Technology, Design, and Analytics teams to define and deliver customer journeys and strategic platform initiativesTranslate customer, business, and platform outcomes into clear requirements, KPIs, and success metrics implemented as user stories and workflowsLead discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmapOwn, maintain, and develop a product backlog that enables development aligned to the strategic roadmap and value propositionTrack and support key product success metrics including cost, feature functionality, risk posture, and reliabilityRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills4+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaStrong product mindset with customer-first thinking, crisp problem definition, principled prioritization, and measurable outcomesAdvanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsProven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value managementBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a comparable field, or equivalent practical experiencePreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience working in a highly matrixed, complex organizationFamiliarity with AI tooling such as agentic workflows, generative AI tools, or workflow automationBackground in Payments, Fintech, or LendingApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
