365 Healthcare is recruiting a Board Certified or Board Eligible Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician for a full-time permanent opportunity in Albany, New York.

Position Snapshot

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Call: 1:3 rotation
• Practice Type: Primarily outpatient with hospital integration
• Employment Type: Full-time, permanent

Practice Environment

• Established MFM practice with 3 physicians currently on staff
• Office-based setting with hospital coverage
• Level III NICU support
• Onsite ultrasound and lab services
• Epic EMR
• Collaborative, physician-led care model

Patient volume varies based on visit type and acuity, typically 10-15 patients per day .

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive maternal-fetal medicine care
• Manage high-risk pregnancies and complex obstetric cases
• Perform and interpret advanced prenatal imaging and ultrasounds
• Collaborate with OB/GYNs and multidisciplinary care teams
• Provide consultation and co-management for high-risk patients
• Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine
• Completion of MFM Fellowship training (required)
• Active New York license (or ability to obtain)
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Clean malpractice and license history
