Step into a dynamic, full-time contract opportunity serving students for the 2026-2027 school year! As one of two Occupational Therapists in the district, you'll make a lasting impact, supporting a caseload of around 30 students and providing Tier 1 interventions for staff. This on-site role allows you to collaborate with educators and families to foster student success within an inclusive educational environment.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Occupational Therapist license/certification in Washington, or eligibility to obtain it prior to the start date
• Previous experience in school-based OT settings highly preferred
• Strong collaboration skills, enthusiastic about working alongside educators and staff
• Ability to support both direct and consultation services, including Tier 1/whole-environment supports
• Must be able to work on-site (no virtual or COTA positions available)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality occupational therapy assessments and interventions for a diverse school-aged caseload
• Collaborate with teachers and school teams to provide Tier 1 supports that enhance classroom participation and access
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans and goals
• Engage in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and documentation to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Deliver training for educators and staff on strategies to support students' occupational needs

This role offers a full-time schedule (Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week) from September 2, 2026, through June 17, 2027.
