JOB TITLE: Production Supervisor (Multiple Openings)

JOB LOCATION: 205 Viola Lane, Goodhue, MN, 55027

JOB DUTIES: Responsible for overseeing and coordinating activities of production and operating workers for metal fabrication company. Specific duties include: (1) Supervising the manufacturing of steel and other metal component parts according to customer specifications; (2) Inspecting materials, products, and equipment to detect defects or malfunctions; (3) Reading and analyzing work orders, charts, and production estimates; (4) Interpreting blueprints using GD&T system of measuring and symbols; (5) Engaging in laser cutting, press brake, welding, and operating machines; (6) Conducting employee training in equipment operations, and work and safety procedures; (7) Utilizing electric and pneumatic power tools, industrial laser cutting tables, press brakes, welding machines, CNC Mills and Lathes, and automated and manual saws.

REQUIREMENTS: Two years of experience in metal fabrication, including specific experience welding, interpreting blueprints, and reading and analyzing work orders, charts, and production estimates.

SALARY: $75,213 - $130,000 + Benefits (Medical, dental, & life insurance; 401k)
