Up to 125K annually depending on experience
5K relocation assistance

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Physical Therapist (PT)

Provider will treat patients in the outpatient clinic including both ortho and neuro
Clinic hours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM
1:1 treatment seeing only 10-12 patients per day

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Physical Therapist (PT)

Open to experienced and new grads
Must be able to obtain an Oklahoma license
