On-Site | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | $80,000–$115,000/year | Fort Lauderdale, FL

About the Role You'll handle business immigration for entrepreneurs, investors, and professionals building a future in the U.S. — E-2 and EB-5 investor cases, L-1 transfers, O-1 and EB-1 petitions, and EB-2 NIW. You'll own your cases from strategy through filing and work directly with the clients behind them.

This isn't removal defense or a family-based docket, and it isn't an H-1B and PERM practice. It's investor and business-owner work. You don't need Florida Bar admission either — immigration is federal practice, so any U.S. state bar works. We're flat-fee, so there's no billable hour requirement. What You'll Do

• Build case strategy for investors and business owners across E-1/E-2, L-1, O-1, EB-1A/C, EB-2 NIW, and EB-5
• Prepare and file petitions, supporting evidence, and responses to RFEs
• Meet with clients directly and explain their options in plain language
• Work with our paralegals and case managers to keep every case on schedule
• Coordinate with our business and estate planning attorneys for clients who need more than a visa
• Stay current on USCIS and State Department policy changes

What We're Looking For Required

• Active license in good standing in any U.S. state (Florida Bar not required)
• 3–5 years practicing immigration law
• Hands-on experience with business or investor visas: E-2, EB-5, L-1, O-1, or EB-1/NIW
• Already living in Broward or Miami-Dade County
• Able to work on-site in Fort Lauderdale, Monday through Friday

Preferred

• E-2 or EB-5 experience at a firm that handles them in volume
• EB-1A and EB-2 NIW petition drafting
• L-1 and O-1 experience alongside investor categories
• Bilingual

Compensation $80,000–$115,000 per year, depending on experience, plus health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off, and paid sick days.
