Job Overview Floyd's 99 Barbershop in Chandler, AZ is hiring a full‑time Front Desk Host. The role is customer service oriented and crucial to smooth retail operations. Responsibilities Answer phone calls and greet customers Schedule appointments and manage wait lists Answer customer questions and provide pricing information Take messages for staff Upsell beauty treatments when appropriate Generate quotes and manage scheduling details Assist with general cleaning duties to maintain a positive environment Hours & Schedule Work includes evenings and weekends. Flexibility is required.
