$42–$47/hour | Full-Time
Ultimate Therapy at Autumn Lake Healthcare at Cherry Hill is looking for an Occupational Therapist to provide rehabilitation services within a skilled nursing setting. This role is ideal for clinicians who value functional outcomes and patient progress over time.
Role Overview:
- Perform evaluations related to ADLs, cognition, and fine motor skills
- Design goal-driven treatment plans tailored to each resident
- Lead therapy sessions focused on restoring independence
- Document progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Partner with care teams to improve quality of life
Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (required)
