What You’ll Do:

Provide strategic clinical leadership and oversight

Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness

Mentor, develop, and inspire nursing staff

Drive quality improvement initiatives and positive outcomes

Foster a collaborative, resident-first culture

What We’re Looking For:

Active RN license

Proven leadership experience in LTC/SNF as a Director of Nursing

Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations

Passion for staff development and clinical excellence

Commitment to compassionate, high-quality care
