You will serve as the on-site clinical leader, supporting nursing staff, addressing resident needs, and ensuring compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.## Key Responsibilities* Supervise and support **LPNs, CNAs, and nursing staff** during weekend shifts* Ensure delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care* Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and facility leadership* Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff* Assist with staffing coordination and coverage as needed* Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation* Maintain compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations* Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns professionally and effectively* Participate in clinical problem-solving and emergency response as needed* Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, physicians, residents, and families* Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment* Support facility quality initiatives and survey readiness efforts## Qualifications### Education & Experience* Graduate of an accredited **Registered Nursing (RN) program*** Active, unrestricted **RN license in South Carolina*** **Long-term care and rehabilitation experience required*** Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred* Strong understanding of clinical operations and regulatory compliance### Skills & Abilities* Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills* Excellent communication and leadership abilities* Strong organizational and time-management skills* Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively* Commitment to delivering exceptional resident care### Licenses & Certifications* Current South Carolina RN license in good standing* Current CPR certification preferred* Must maintain all required continuing education and licensure requirements* Must remain in good standing with the South Carolina Board of Nursing## ## What Makes You a Great Fit* Strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment* Compassionate and resident-focused* Dependable and accountable* Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills* Passionate about mentoring staff and providing exceptional care## ## Apply TodayJoin **West Village Post Acute** and become part of a team that's redefining post-acute care in the Upstate.
