Position Highlights:

• Oversee the daily operations of the Pharmacy department, including planning, budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and supervision.
• Ensure all regulatory requirements are met and manage the development and enforcement of security protocols.
• Manage purchasing of all supplies and materials needed for departmental functions.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Pharmacy (PharmD or BS required; MBA/MS preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years related experience. NOTE: The right candidate with extensive clinical experience (10+ years) in a hospital setting may be considered.
• IV Certification must be obtained within six (6) months from date of hire.
• Hospital Based Experience REQUIRED. We will look at candidates who are currently in a retail setting, if they have experience within a hospital-based setting.
