Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an 8-bed Emergency Room setting
• Assess, triage, and manage a diverse patient population in a high-acuity environment
• Collaborate with Emergency Medicine Board-Certified Physicians available on-site 24/7
• Deliver trauma-informed nursing care in alignment with Level 4 Trauma Center protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) required
• BLS (Basic Life Support) required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an emergency room or acute care setting
• Comfort working in a rural or critical access hospital environment
• Experience managing moderate patient volumes with autonomy
