Manufacturing Technician – Semiconductor Production

Our team is seeking Manufacturing Technicians to support semiconductor production in a cleanroom environment. This role is responsible for operating equipment, processing semiconductor wafers, and ensuring high-quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process.

Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Pay : $19–$23/hour (Based on shift and experience)

Schedule: 12-hour shifts (3-4 days per week - alternating)

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot semiconductor manufacturing equipment
• Perform wafer processing steps according to established procedures
• Follow detailed work instructions, safety guidelines, and cleanroom protocols
• Conduct visual inspections and basic quality checks
• Accurately document production data and maintain production logs
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet output goals
• Identify and escalate equipment or process issues as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior manufacturing or semiconductor experience preferred (but not required)
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment (gowning required)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
• Basic computer skills for data entry and tracking
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 12 hours)
• Lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
• Work in a controlled cleanroom setting with proper PPE

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colorado Springs, CO.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
