( Instagram , Tik Tok ) About the Role Big Drop is looking for an experienced, fashion-forward Store Sales Lead/Retail Key Holder to support our store leadership team while driving sales and delivering the highly personalized shopping experience our clients know and love. This is a hands-on selling position for someone who is exceptional at connecting with clients, styling complete looks, building long-term relationships, and closing sales. The Sales Lead will lead by example on the floor, consistently work toward individual and store sales goals, motivate the team, and help ensure that the store operates at the highest standard. The ideal candidate is confident, energetic, proactive, and genuinely passionate about fashion, people, and sales. Primary Responsibilities Drive and exceed individual KPI goals, by ensuring the highest level of Customer Service and quality of sales. Apply a strong understanding of business acumen to drive the business and help build long-term solutions. Deliver an elevated client experience acting as a brand ambassador- embody brand values and engage customers on the brand to ensure long lasting relationships. Confidently style clients from head to toe and provide honest, knowledgeable recommendations regarding fit, styling, and product selection- understanding each client’s style, body, lifestyle, preferences, and upcoming needs. Build and maintain a strong personal client book through thoughtful outreach, follow-up, styling appointments, new-arrival communication, and remote selling. Develop lasting client relationships that drive repeat business, customer retention, and loyalty to Big Drop. Lead by example on the sales floor and help create an energetic, motivated, accountable, and results-driven sales culture. Support the Store Manager and management team in communicating sales goals, daily priorities, promotions, product opportunities, and performance expectations. Open and close the store and accurately complete all related procedures. Maintain extensive knowledge of Big Drop’s designers, new arrivals, best sellers, product fit, current fashion trends, and available inventory. Monitor client requests, product feedback, missed sales, and selling trends, and communicate relevant opportunities to store leadership. Assist with merchandising, replenishment, recovery, order fulfillment, inventory organization, and keeping the store elevated, organized, and customer-ready. Support VIP appointments, influencer visits, in-store events, content shoots, promotional initiatives, and other business needs. Demonstrate flexibility and a team-first attitude by stepping in wherever needed to support the client, the team, and the success of the store. Qualifications and Experience Minimum of 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably within contemporary, premium, designer, or luxury fashion. Previous experience as a Key Holder, Sales Lead, or in another retail leadership position strongly preferred. Proven ability to meet and exceed individual sales goals. Strong clienteling experience with the ability to build and maintain meaningful customer relationships. A proactive and confident sales approach with the ability to initiate conversations, recommend products, overcome objections, and close sales. Strong fashion sense and an understanding of styling, garment fit, different body types, designers, and current trends. Able to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision. Must have flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and peak retail periods.
