Paid Media and SEO Lead
Brighter Strides ABA Therapy
Job Description
About the role
\nBrighter Strides ABA is seeking an experienced individual or agency to lead paid media and SEO across our full footprint. We provide ABA therapy to children with autism in 12 states and Washington, DC, through 15 physical centers plus in-home and school-based services.
\nYou will work directly with our marketing manager. You own execution and results, with a focus on generating qualified leads efficiently. You proactively identify growth opportunities, recommend budget allocations, and propose new campaign strategies backed by data.
\n \nWho we are looking for
\nWe are open to an in-house hire, an independent contractor, or a small to mid-size agency. We want to work directly with the people doing the work, from the first conversation onward. That means no separate sales and execution teams, no handoffs to junior staff, and no rotating account managers.
\nSolo operators should be able to cover paid media, technical SEO, local SEO, tracking, and reporting on their own. Independent contractors and agencies cannot currently serve another ABA provider or take on another ABA provider during our engagement.
\n \nPaid media
\nYou will manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, Microsoft Advertising, and other platforms, covering state-level and local campaigns.
\nYou will own campaign structure, bidding and budget pacing, keyword and audience management, ad copy, creative production, ongoing creative testing, and expanding campaigns and platforms as we grow. You will optimize toward qualified leads and cost per qualified lead using our CRM data, not platform conversions alone.
\nYou will keep every account within the healthcare advertising policies of Google, Meta, and each other platform we use.
\n \nConversion rate optimization
\nYou will own conversion rate optimization across paid and organic traffic, including landing page testing, identifying conversion barriers, and improving form completion rates.
\n \nSEO
\nYou will own SEO strategy and execution for brighterstridesaba.com, our multi-location site with state, city, center, service, and educational pages. You set the SEO roadmap with our marketing manager, prioritize by lead impact, and proactively run audits, spot issues early, and bring forward opportunities as search changes.
\nOn the technical side, you will own crawlability and indexation, site architecture and internal linking, duplicate and thin content, redirects, sitemaps, structured data, Core Web Vitals and page speed, and Google Search Console health. You will monitor algorithm updates and respond quickly when rankings or traffic shift.
\nOn content, you will own keyword research, content strategy, content briefs, and writing and optimizing new and existing pages, including location, service, and educational content. Content is reviewed by our clinical team for accuracy and expertise. You will also manage on-page optimization, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, and calls to action that turn organic visitors into inquiries.
\nOff-site, you will build a strong backlink profile through quality link building, local partnerships, and digital PR, while monitoring backlink quality and addressing harmful link issues when warranted. You will track competitors' search visibility across our markets.
\nFor local SEO, you will own our Google Business Profiles, including optimization, ongoing maintenance, suspension and reinstatement support, local rankings, map pack visibility, and citation and directory consistency.
\nYou will grow our visibility in AI-powered search and answer engines, track how and where our brand is cited, and recommend optimizations as that space evolves.
\nYou will work alongside our web development team to implement site changes.
\n \nTracking and reporting
\nYou will own conversion tracking and attribution across all paid and organic search channels you manage, working in GA4, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, and CallRail, including offline conversion tracking. As a healthcare provider, we require all tracking to meet HIPAA standards.
\nYou will send weekly performance updates and lead a monthly strategic review covering results, changes, tests, opportunities, and next steps. Reporting covers paid performance as well as organic traffic, keyword rankings, qualified organic leads, local map visibility, and brand visibility and citations across AI search platforms.
\n \nWhat you bring
\nYou have at least five years running paid search and paid social for multi-location businesses, with healthcare, behavioral health, or another regulated service as a strong plus. You have managed a large monthly budget across many geographies and can show results in qualified leads, not just platform conversions.
\nYou have led SEO for a large, multi-location site. You have hands-on experience with conversion tracking, call tracking, and HubSpot or a comparable CRM.
\n \nHow to apply
\nSend a brief introduction with your relevant experience, the advertising budgets you have managed, and two case studies with measurable results. Independent contractors and agencies should also include monthly pricing and the people who will work directly on our account.
\nSend everything to Izzy Kaminetsky, Marketing Manager, at View email address on ziprecruiter.com.
