Your Responsibilities Customer Relationships: Build strong connections with internal and external customers, creating “Customers for Life.” Support the Team: Assist service professionals with pest control, mosquito treatments, and termite inspections. You’ll work on pre- and post-construction termite treatments and monitor termite bait systems. Customer Problem-Solving: Anticipate and address customer needs, providing tailored solutions that ensure ongoing satisfaction. Work Safely and Efficiently: Adhere to safety standards and regulations while operating company equipment and vehicles. Apply pest control products in compliance with label standards. Collaborate for Excellence: Partner with internal teams like customer service, sales, and management to ensure exceptional customer experiences. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. No prior experience necessary. Must be at least 18 years of age. Valid driver’s license required. Ability to work independently and manage route-based assignments. Physical Demands / Working Environment Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods. Travel may include short stops or longer routes between counties or service areas. Comfortable working in confined spaces (crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc.). Ability to work independently and manage route-based assignments. Ability to work in all weather conditions.
