Key Responsibilities Lead the operations, growth strategy, and overall performance of an Air Quality and Environmental Compliance team. Develop and mentor technical staff, project managers, and emerging leaders. Serve as a senior advisor to clients on air permitting, regulatory compliance, emissions reporting, and environmental strategy. Build and strengthen long‑term client relationships while identifying new business opportunities. Oversee project execution, resource planning, financial performance, and quality assurance. Represent the organization with regulatory agencies, industry groups, and key stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical discipline. 8+ years of environmental consulting experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities. Strong knowledge of environmental permitting, compliance programs, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication, client-facing, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and technical data analysis tools. Strong organizational, project management, and time management abilities.
