Job Details:
Land Development Project Manager – North Carolina
A growing engineering firm is seeking an experienced Land Development Project Manager to lead site development projects, manage staff, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
7+ years of relevant civil engineering experience
NC Professional Engineer (PE) license required
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Lead land development projects from concept through permitting and construction
Manage and mentor junior engineers and technical staff
Oversee site plans, construction documents, stormwater, drainage, and erosion control design
Manage local, state, and federal permitting
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and business development
Civil 3D proficiency required; Bluebeam and Microsoft Office preferred
Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and leadership skills
