Requirements

• DEA Registration
• General Dentistry
• Licensed dentist

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Active Arizona dental license and DEA license.
Strong commitment to ethical practice, patient care, and professional development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and team members.
Experience in a general dentistry setting preferred; new graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, respectful work environment.

Job Description

Provide comprehensive general dentistry services including exams, diagnostics, restorations, extractions, crowns, bridges, and preventive care.
Develop and communicate personalized treatment plans that ensure patient understanding and comfort.
Collaborate with dental team members and support staff to ensure a seamless, positive patient experience.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records in compliance with HIPAA and dental board regulations.
Stay current with advancements in dental technology, clinical procedures, and best practices through continuing education.
Participate in on-call rotation (one weekend per month) and flexible scheduling to accommodate patient needs.

Shift & Schedule

Monday to Friday, flexible hours.
Typical office hours:
Monday to Wednesday: 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Thursday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
On-call duty one weekend per month.
Choose your own hours within these parameters.
