Outpatient Physical Therapist - New Grad

We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) who is a new graduate to join our team. This position offers a flexible schedule with a commitment of 40 hours per week. The primary responsibility of this role is to evaluate patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans tailored to their needs, goals, and physician directives.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients.
• Utilize clinical reasoning to develop appropriate treatment plans and goals aimed at progressing patients toward discharge.
• Document all medical records in a clear, concise, accurate, and timely manner.
• Provide care according to signed physician orders and within insurance approval guidelines.
• Participate in the student program by supervising students and providing a positive learning environment.
• Create an individualized professional development plan and pursue continuing education opportunities.
• Adhere to discipline-specific State Practice Act and maintain professional licensure in good standing.
• Engage in performance improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• At least 6 months of outpatient clinical experience.
• Current CPR certification.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with a 5x8.0 schedule.
