Opportunity As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center. You will handle the administrative and support needs for your customers so they can focus on running their business. A typical day at IWG You arrive a few minutes before the center opens, ensuring everything is ready and double‑checking that cleaners haven’t missed anything. Throughout the morning you assist customers with Wi‑Fi code changes, package arrivals, meeting room directions, projector setup, and other requests while connecting calls and ensuring services are properly charged and invoices are accurate. You take quick coffee breaks and manage mail sorting while responding to emails and additional requests. In the afternoon you help with printing and invoicing, open service tickets for room temperature issues, and prepare for the next week’s networking event. You collaborate with the Community Manager, write e‑invitations, create and post posters, and engage prospects to encourage them to join the IWG community. As the day ends you guide meetings to wrap up, recommend nearby restaurants for clients, clean up, and head home.
