We’re looking for a solutions-oriented Director of Treatment Services to lead our multi-disciplinary team! Here, you will be part of our behavioral healthcare team helping at-risk adolescents BUILD BETTER FUTURES.

Salary: $90,000 to $100,000 Annually

Job Type: Full-time

Shift: Monday-Friday

Qualifying employer for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program

As the Clinical Director you will:

• Promotes high quality clinical services.
• Supervises and provides clinical services.
• Ensures the clinical staff receives appropriate clinical supervision.
• Participates in clinical decisions with clinical and medical team.
• Oversees facility clinical policies and procedures in accordance with appropriate standards, rules, regulations, to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinates interfacing of clinical services with educational, medical, community services, family services, and the training department
• Prepares appropriate reports and correspondence of all treatment services in a timely manner to ensure regulatory compliance and in accordance with applicable standards of care.
• Ensures that programming and services are appropriate to meet the needs of the clients of the facility.

(Additional responsibilities may be included)

Minimum Requirements:

• Licensed mental health clinician, including psychiatrists, psychologists, licensed professional counselors (LPC), and licensed clinical social workers (LCSW)
  
• At least two years of experience providing mental health treatment.
• Ability to participate and maintain Safe Crisis Management (SCM) certification.
• At least twenty-one (21) years of age
• Valid PA Driver's License
