Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3×12-hour shifts | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting
• Monitor and assess patients requiring intermediate-level nursing care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders
• Document patient status, progress, and responses to treatment accurately and in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Georgia or a compact state license
• Minimum of 18 months of PCU experience required
• BLS certification required
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a long-term acute care environment
• Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills in a step-down or intermediate care setting
