Retail Leader

We are seeking a Retail Leader with a strong emphasis on sales and customer service to join our team at The Woodhouse Day Spa - Cleveland in Rocky River, OH. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a luxurious spa environment and help customers find the perfect products to enhance their spa experience.

Responsibilities include driving retail sales and meeting sales goals, providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to all spa guests, maintaining a clean and organized retail space, assisting with inventory management and restocking of retail products, and participating in promotional events and marketing initiatives to drive retail sales.

Requirements include prior retail sales experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, passion for delivering exceptional customer service, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, knowledge of skincare and beauty products is a plus, and ability to close during the week and work one weekend shift, either Saturday or Sunday.

The Woodhouse Day Spa - Cleveland is a premier spa destination offering a variety of luxury spa treatments and retail products. With a reputation for excellence and a focus on creating a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for our guests, we have been serving the Rocky River community for over 10 years. Our team is dedicated to providing the highest level of service and creating a positive work environment for all employees. Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour.
