Gastroenterology Physician - Gastroenterologist

Gastroenterologist Job Opportunity in Western Oregon

A growing healthcare practice in western Oregon is seeking a Gastroenterologist to provide comprehensive gastrointestinal care in a procedure-focused setting with established patient demand. The physician will maintain a limited outpatient clinic schedule while dedicating the majority of the workweek to GI procedures, with opportunities for both general and advanced gastroenterology. The position also offers the potential for a GI leadership role and the opportunity to quickly develop a strong patient volume, along with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Experience practicing gastroenterology is preferred; graduating gastroenterology fellows are also encouraged to apply.
• Board certification or board eligibility in Gastroenterology is required.
• Current or eligibility to obtain an unrestricted Oregon medical license is required.
• ERCP experience and proficiency are preferred, particularly for candidates interested in advanced GI procedures.
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to provide high-quality diagnostic, procedural, and follow-up care for patients with gastrointestinal conditions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively alongside physicians, clinical staff, and other healthcare professionals.
