Residential Home Improvement Sales Consultant – Warm Leads Uncapped Commission | Warm Leads | Solar + Roofing Income Opportunities Trinity Solar is a leader in residential solar and home energy solutions, helping homeowners lower costs while making a positive environmental impact. We’re expanding our closer teams and looking for proven closers and driven sales professionals ready to grow their income in a high-demand industry. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of sales experience , but we also welcome experienced closers looking for stronger support, better products, and higher earning potential. With uncapped commission, paid training, and multiple revenue streams , first-year reps average $130,000–$150,000 OTE , with top performers earning more. Why Salespeople Love This Role Paid training and ongoing coaching, ideal for newer reps and seasoned closers Uncapped commissions with no ceiling on earnings Multiple ways to earn by selling solar AND roofing, increasing deal size and overall commission Warm, qualified leads provided through marketing and field teams Proven, in-demand products homeowners already want and need Clear path for advancement into senior or leadership roles Autonomy in your territory with the backing of an established organization Purpose-driven sales, help homeowners save money while supporting clean energy Responsibilities Respond quickly and professionally to warm inbound and field-generated leads Conduct consultative discovery conversations to identify homeowner needs and opportunities Present customized solar and roofing solutions tailored to the customer Overcome objections and confidently close deals Consistently meet or exceed sales goals Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the sales cycle Prospect within your assigned territory to build a strong pipeline Deliver effective in-home or virtual presentations Address customer questions before and after the sale to drive confidence and close Required Qualifications Inside or outside sales experience preferred (Real Estate, Roofing, Home Improvement, Construction, Remodeling, BDR/SDR experience strongly desired) Ability to self-generate leads and manage a pipeline Competitive mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding goals Strong phone skills and in-home presentation ability Comfortable using CRM systems and virtual meeting tools Excellent communication and time management skills Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license Cell phone with data plan Our top performers come from roofing, construction sales, remodeling, real estate, and B2B sales backgrounds.
