Vibrant community of passionate professionals. Responsibilities Develop and implement personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures. Act as liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff. Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or on a specific unit. Monitor and manage staff, providing on-the-spot feedback, annual evaluations, performance counseling, and discipline. Assume patient care as needed and build meaningful relationships with patients to support their physical, mental, and emotional recovery. Celebrate patient victories throughout the recovery process. Qualifications Current RN licensure as required by state regulations. BLS certification and ACLS certification within one year of starting. CRRN certification within one year of meeting eligibility requirements. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field preferred. Two years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting within the last five years. Previous leadership role (e.g., charge nurse or lead capacity) with responsibility for interim reporting, issue resolution, setting direction, and accountability for patient and staff results.
