Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting within an acute-care hospital
• Assess, triage, and manage patients presenting with a wide range of emergency conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver timely and effective treatment
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation throughout each shift
• Adhere to all facility compliance, background check, and onboarding standards prior to and during assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN license, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions
• Minimum of 24 months of Emergency Room experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
• Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
• Active PALS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
• Active TNCC certification from an approved vendor (required)
• Active NIHSS certification from an approved vendor (required)
• Must reside outside of Arizona — Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Experience in trauma-designated facilities with documented trauma level and bed count on resume
• Familiarity with ER skills checklists completed within the last 12 months
