1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants We are seeking an Instructional Designer experienced in creating instructional materials, e-learning modules, interactive guides, and scenario-based training. This opportunity is based in Richmond, VA, with a primarily onsite presence and some remote work flexibility available. Qualified candidates must have operational knowledge in Call Center and Billing Operations, preferably in the Utilities sector. Duties Include: • Design instructional materials, e-learning modules, interactive guides, and scenarios-based training • Develop assessment tools and KPIs to measure effectiveness of content and training • Ensure schedule, scope and budget are maintained.
