PACKAGING/TOLLING LINE WORKER

Monday - Thursday

4:30 AM - 2:30 PM

$15.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production area.
• Read and follow work orders and verbal instructions.
• Open containers using hand tools.
• Load and unload materials from pallets, boxes, trays, racks, and shelves.
• Assemble cartons and package finished products.
• Apply stretch wrap, tape, bracing, or other packaging materials to secure products for shipment.
• Transport materials using pallet jacks, hand trucks, forklifts, or other material handling equipment.
• Count, weigh, label, and document materials and finished products.
• Collect product samples and deliver them to the laboratory for testing.
• Perform basic equipment adjustments, such as realigning stretch wrap.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area by cleaning equipment and production spaces.
• Operate a forklift as needed.
• Bale plastic, corrugated, and poly bags as directed by the supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to safely lift 20 to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Knowledge of proper lifting techniques and safe material handling practices.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other production equipment.
