Position Overview Deliver engaging Algebra I and Algebra II instruction to middle and high school students, fostering academic growth and mathematical proficiency. Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards while assessing student progress and adapting instruction to meet diverse learning needs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required Valid New York StateTeaching Certification (Preferred) Non-certified candidates must haverelevant coursework demonstrating subject-matter expertise in mathematics. 1+ years of experience teaching mathematics at the middle or high school level, preferably in an urban school setting Strong classroom management skills with a collaborative, proactive, and student-centered approach Why Join Cross Country Education?
