CI SME/Instructor – Operations (CIOQC) – Expert Level, Quantico, VA Job Category: Training Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI with Polygraph Employee Type: Regular Expert Level Qualifications: Must be a graduate from an accredited CI Special Agent credentialing school, must be a graduate of the JCITA Advanced Foreign CI Operations Course (AFCIOC) or a legacy training course offered by the Military Departments including Army Advanced Foreign Counterintelligence Training Course (AFCITC), the Air Force Counterespionage Case Officer’s Course, or the Navy Counterespionage Operations Course. Senior‑Level SME must have a minimum of ten (10) years of demonstrated experience conducting, instructing, or supervising OFCO in accordance with the DoDI‑S5240.09. Highly desired experience for the Senior‑Level CI SME includes experience as an Executive Case Officer, Team Chief, or Operations Officer.
