Property and Casualty customer Service associate

Role Description The Property and Casualty Customer Service Associate is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Seattle, WA. (If preferred, 4 days a week is OK. ) This role involves answering client inquiries, processing policy changes, issuing certificates and ID cards, and assisting with billing questions for personal and commercial lines accounts. Daily responsibilities include responding to phone and remail requests, processing endorsements, preparing quotes (if you'd like to learn more and progress, but is not required), and supporting producers with client follow up and documentation. The associate facilitates claims reporting, and maintains up to date client records in agency management systems. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries. Ability to discuss coverage options, identifying cross‑sell opportunities, and supporting retention efforts. Relevant skills such as attention to detail, organizational ability, and proficiency with office and agency management software.
