Travel - Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Healthcare Job Opportunity

You will have the opportunity to work as an OR RN in a surgical center in a preoperative area. This position requires participation in the weekend rotation and on-call schedule and includes scrubbing for preoperative care.

Job Overview

• Shift: Days, three 12-hour shifts per week or four 10-hour shifts per week, occasional midnight shifts may be required to support operational demands

About the Unit

• 15 surgical suites
• Averaging 55-70 cases per day
• Common cases include all procedures including same day and overnight stays
• IV skills are a must
• Scrubbing required for preoperative care only
• Charting system is Sunrise, with EPIC go live on April 1
• Floating requirements to the OR holding area

Requirements

• BLS Certification
• 2 years of experience
• Surgical care knowledge
• Robotics experience
