Responsibilities
- Greet customers and scheduling service appointments
- Document customers’ concerns and comments.
- Write service orders and descriptions of problems and repairs
- Translate customers’ repair problems into standard repair terminology
- Explain repairs to customers and review service history
- Test-drive vehicles to confirm service repairs.
- Provide accurate estimates of the cost and time needed for repairs.
- Handle customer complaints making sure to keep our customers satisfied.
- Coordinate parts ordering and follow up appointment with customers.
- Provide the highest levels of customer service to retain dealership clientele.

Shift:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
Work Days:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to Relocate:
- Smyrna, GA 30080: Relocate before starting work (Required)
- Service advisor/writer experience required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- CDK/Reynolds experience helpful.
- Professional appearance and attitude required
- Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
- Must have valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or GED
- Typing/ computer skills
