Warehouse Operator

Position Summary

The Warehouse Operator supports the entire function of warehouse in performing as a puller, loader, stager, replenisher, etc. Familiarity with material handling and radio frequency equipment is needed. Position possibilities are explained below:


Loader: Loaders are responsible to build delivery loads of a variety of packages onto pallets, prepare them for delivery, and load onto trucks or into PODS. Loads are processed by way of our ordering system, converted to load sheets, and given to Loaders to complete. Various other tasks are regularly assigned, including nightly clean-up, equipment maintenance, and general warehouse/facility organization.

Stager: Stagers are responsible for staging finished goods/inventory with hands and equipment for further processing and when applicable, utilizing warehouse management systems to ensure inventory accuracy and control.


Replenisher: Replenishers are responsible for staging finished goods/inventory with hands and equipment for further processing and when applicable, utilizing warehouse management systems to ensure inventory accuracy and control.


Puller: Pullers are responsible for scanning and pulling product from racks to dock staging area. Also responsible for palletizing orders and verifying that orders are correct prior to pulling.

Position Responsibilities:

1. Operate forklift or pallet jacket. Complete necessary daily forklift inspection sheet.
2. Inspect pallets before loading, looking for unwrapped pallets or cases that may fall during shipment.
3. Comprehend route orders
4. Able to organize and stage finished good.
5. Responsible for replenishing stock in the correct location of the warehouse.
6. Keep dock area clean.
