Pay Rate: $22.60 per hour Job Type: Full-time Work Location: Hybrid - Lake Forest, Illinois Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative, you will support customer orders, inquiries, and concerns while helping achieve service and operational objectives. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with customers and internal departments. Responsibilities Process customer orders accurately and promptly according to company policies. Review orders for lead times, product availability, and compliance with ordering requirements. Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies or product-related issues. Serve as a liaison between customers, Sales, Marketing, and other functional departments. Represent the customer’s needs and feedback to the Sales and Marketing teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts. Gather and report account information, customer satisfaction trends, and changing requirements. Manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining accuracy and timely follow-up. Support a customer-focused service experience. Qualifications Microsoft Excel proficiency required. SAP experience required. Solid and consistent work history. Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a high school diploma with significant customer service experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent relationship-building and collaboration abilities. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
