Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Registered Nurse

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 1 year of Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience. Familiarity with NetHealth (Rehab Optima) is preferred. This role requires a currently active California RN license.

Responsibilities

The registered nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and coordinating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal treatment outcomes. Specific duties include:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitoring patient progress and vital signs
• Documenting patient care activities in the system
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient recovery

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
• Active California RN License
• Knowledge of NetHealth (Rehab Optima) preferred

Schedule

This is a day shift position, guaranteed for 36 hours per week over a period of approximately 13 weeks.
