SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

Ralph Sellers Automotive Group, is growing and looking to add a Senior Accountant to join their Accounting team located in Gonzales, LA. Ability to follow process and procedures for Finance and Accounting tasks with accountability for following through to completeness. Responsibilities:

• Review deals for completeness, accurate, and required documentation and prepare paperwork for the Title and Accounting clerks
• Process payoffs accurately and timely to receive title, follow up on any delayed titles
• Record wholesale and dealer trade sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Warranty, Gap, ancillary products remittance and cancellations weekly
• Assist with Accounts Payable and Billing
• Communicate with F&I, Sales, Accounting managers to resolve any discrepancies
• Cross training with other staff while working together to expand experience
• Support other team members and departments as needed

• Required: minimum 3 years in an administrative position
• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Automotive and CDK or DealerTrack experience is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
