Field Clinical Specialist - Medical Devices & Procedures

Responsibilities Provide in-depth clinical and technical support to physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams in hospitals, clinics, and physician offices. Collaborate closely with Sales Representatives, supporting key cases where specialized knowledge of Medtronic products is critical. Serve as a trusted clinical expert in the field, building strong relationships with medical professionals. Most Clinical Specialist positions are field‑based and require comfort working in procedural settings, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient impact. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED AND a minimum of 4 years of clinical or medical sales experience; or Associate degree with a minimum of 2 years of clinical or medical sales experience; or A Bachelor’s degree Preferred, Not Required OR/RT/MRI experience Cath Lab experience Clinical experience Medical Sales experience Benefits & Compensation Salary range for U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) positions: $45,000.00 – $125,000.00. Base salary plus eligibility for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) to earn additional incentive compensation.
