Occupational Therapist (OT) – Critical Access Hospital

Facility: Kimball Health Services
Location: Kimball, NE
Setting: Rehab Services / Outpatient / Inpatient / Swing Bed

Contract Details

• Duration: 13 Weeks

• Schedule: Days

• Hours: 40 hrs/week

• Shift Options:

  • Monday–Friday preferred

  • 4x10s available

  • Common shifts: 7am–3pm or 8am–4pm

• Flexible scheduling available

Pay

• $62 – $64 per hour

• Weekly Pay: $2,480 – $2,560/week

Required Credentials

• Active Occupational Therapist License required

• NBCOT Certification required/preferred

• BLS Certification preferred

• Experience in outpatient or hospital rehab preferred

• Experience with orthopedic and post-operative patients preferred

• Splinting experience preferred but not required

• Experience treating pediatric to geriatric populations preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional limitations and injuries

• Develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans

• Assist patients with mobility, ADLs, and rehabilitation goals

• Treat orthopedic and post-operative patients

• Provide splinting and upper extremity rehab as needed

• Work with inpatient, outpatient, swingbed, and athletic populations

• Maintain accurate therapy documentation

• Collaborate with rehab and healthcare teams
