Head of Product

As Head of Product, you will shape the development of a blockchain-focused platform and play a critical role in defining and executing its product roadmap and strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and business development, to align stakeholders and drive product direction. The role will help guide product growth through data-informed decision-making while encouraging innovation in a fast-evolving, volatile market. You will develop and own the product strategy and roadmap, prioritizing features, enhancements, and releases. Responsibilities include creating detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications for engineering; conducting user research, market research, and competitive analysis; and gathering structured feedback from across the ecosystem to identify trends and opportunities. You will also coordinate product launches in close collaboration with cross-functional partners and support the development and execution of go-to-market plans. You will establish product goals and measure performance using OKRs and KPIs, analyze results to identify improvement opportunities, and provide regular progress reporting and insights. You will lead and support engineering and design resources, collaborating with related teams to ensure effective product development, regulatory compliance, launch readiness, and ongoing support. You will also contribute as a subject matter expert through thought leadership such as conferences, publishing, interviews, and PR, and may support broader ecosystem growth efforts. Confidential
