Field Access Manager- New England South

Field Access Manager supporting healthcare providers and organizations across New England South with expertise in patient access, reimbursement, and pharmaceutical compliance. Role combines remote work with field engagement to ensure timely patient access to therapy through education, relationship-building, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide education to healthcare providers on patient access, benefit verification, prior authorization, and support programs
• Analyze access trends and identify barriers to patient access with cross-functional teams
• Monitor payer coverage policies and educate providers on commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid changes
• Coordinate with access hub and specialty pharmacy on individual patient cases and enrollment
• Maintain expertise on regional and national payer dynamics and communicate coverage information

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years in patient support, pharmaceutical/healthcare sales, operations, or reimbursement
• Strong knowledge of Medicare Part B, Medicaid, and commercial insurance structures
• Expertise in pharmaceutical compliance and HIPAA regulations
• Competent understanding of hub and patient support activities
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; at least 21 years old
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated stakeholder influence
