Seeking a compassionate Home Health & Hospice RN to provide skilled nursing care, patient admissions, assessments, care planning, and ongoing home health/hospice services for patients of all ages. Active Vermont RN License and at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience are required. Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is preferred. Mileage reimbursement is provided at the current facility rate.
