Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for data-driven projects. This role requires a servant leader who can guide cross-functional teams, remove delivery roadblocks, and ensure successful execution of analytics programs that support business decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile frameworks, stakeholder collaboration, and experience working alongside data analysts, engineers, and business teams in delivering scalable analytics solutions.
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Candidate should have the Wealth Management experience.
- 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach .
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies .
- Experience working on Data Analytics / Business Intelligence projects .
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps .
- Understanding of data workflows, reporting processes, and analytics delivery lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications: -
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or equivalent Agile certifications.
- Exposure to SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or analytics platforms .
