Requirements Education :High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Licensing: Ability to obtain required insurance licenses within a specified timeframe. Communication :Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Sales Passion :A strong enthusiasm for sales and a commitment to customer focus. Interpersonal Skills:Proven ability to build and nurture strong client relationships. Self-Motivation: Goal-driven with a high level of independence.
