Director Program Operations Leader

Regeneron seeks a Director of Clinical Trial Management Program Operations to lead operational strategy and execution for complex clinical programs. The role involves overseeing program quality, budgets, timelines, vendor management, and cross-functional coordination within the clinical development organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational strategy and overall delivery for complex clinical programs
• Oversee program quality, timelines, budgets, and success of study teams
• Manage vendor selection, CRO oversight, and governance activities
• Provide operational input on study concepts, feasibility assessments, and resource forecasting
• Ensure inspection readiness and support regulatory authority inspections

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree may substitute for proven experience
• Minimum 12 years of relevant clinical operations experience
• At least 8 years leading clinical operations within trial management
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP regulations and standard operating procedures
• Experience managing CROs, vendors, and external partner relationships
• Strong staff leadership including recruitment, performance management, and coaching
• Effective communication with senior management and cross-functional teams

Compensation: $205,000–$341,600 annually
