Real Estate Cold Caller for Agent OutReach

**Who We Are:**

US-based real estate acquisitions company hiring one full-time cold caller to speak with licensed US real estate agents and uncover off-market deals.

**This Is Not Telemarketing.**

You will have real professional conversations with US agents daily. Clear spoken English, natural confidence, and the ability to hold a real conversation are non-negotiable. We are not looking for someone who reads a script.

**What You'll Do:**

* 60–100 outbound calls/day to licensed US agents (lists provided)
* Qualify agents and uncover off-market opportunities
* Build genuine rapport and long-term agent relationships
* Handle objections naturally and confidently
* Log all activity accurately in GoHighLevel CRM

**Requirements:**

* Clear, confident spoken English
* Proven outbound B2B or cold calling experience
* Consistent, disciplined, and available during US business hours
* Quiet workspace, stable internet, noise-canceling headset
* GoHighLevel or CRM experience is a plus

** Compensation:**

* $4–$6/hr starting rate (increases based on performance)
* Uncapped commissions on every closed deal from your leads
* Long-term path to Acquisitions Manager or Senior Closer

** On Pay:**

Starting rate covers your onboarding period. As you learn our process and deliver results, your rate grows with you. We invest in people who invest in us.
